Rural and urban
Staffing for small towns and large health systems.
Hospitals in rural communities and large urban systems hire in different ways. We recruit for both, in all 50 states.

Rural facilities
Shortages are not only rural.
HRSA designates Health Professional Shortage Areas in rural and urban communities across the country. As of December 2025, there were 8,467 designated primary care shortage areas, covering about 92 million people.
For a rural hospital or clinic, one open position can affect the whole schedule. We recruit clinicians who want to work in smaller communities, and we explain what the move involves, including relocation questions and loan repayment programs that may apply.

Urban health systems
Hiring at volume.
Large systems fill many roles at once and compete for the same clinicians. We bring candidates who fit the unit and the schedule, and we keep the process organized so your managers spend their time on interviews, not screening.
